There is one Mystical crate and 2 weapon crates to locate within High Banks. The recommended level to clear this area is level 13. Once you head over here, explore the central area to find a stage out in the open. You will also spot several plastic chairs out front. There are a few enemies strewn around, so defeat them first. Next, walk up the stage and you can unlock the Mystical chest. Next, you need to locate the two weapon crates
Make your way up the road somewhere behind the stage. Going up this road will lead you to a double storied house. You can find this house on the south side of High Banks. Head inside and go up the stairs. Explore the top floor to get the first weapon crate. Then, exit the house and head west. Go up the winding path up the hill to reach another 2 storied house. Go up to the top floor by climbing on top of the rafters to reach the top floor balcony. You will find the 2nd weapon crate here
