A new patch for Hellblade 2 has just gone live and it brings several fixes for issues reported since the launch of the game. Several quests have received bug fixes and features have been changed to meet player expectations. You can read the full Hellblade 2 Update 1.0.5.0 Patch Notes below.

- A warning prompt has been added stating that choosing “New Story” will restart the story in the current save.
- They resolved the issue where the big text size option was pushing chapter selection UI components outside of their allowed boundaries.
- Certain opponent executions in combat no longer cause animation sync issues thanks to adjustments and fixes.
- They modified the fighting sequences during Chapter 1’s Thórgestr battle.
- Several localization fixes.
- They resolved tree collisions in the settlement puzzle in Chapter 2.
- They resolved the issue that occurred after ending photo mode after a long game.
- Memory leaks game-wide were fixed in a few cases.
- To stop Fargrímr from vanishing during the Chapter 3 cinematic, there was an ultrawide patch.
- The damaged house in Chapter 1’s indoor rain gets fixed.
- Ghosting issues were resolved while using Frame Generation.
- Added missing SFX for the Chapter 4 battle and Chapter 3 puzzle.
- Fixed numerous places in the game where there were missing subtitles.
- Face motions missing from the movie after the village fight in Chapter 5.
- Senua’s Misaligned peach fuzz and facial animations have been adjusted.
- Intensified artifacts of FSR3.
- The Goði combat crowd push events have been modified to provide an improved combat encounter.
