To find Headwater Cavern, make your way northwest of Vernworth. There is a straight path from the northwestern exit of Vernworth that leads you straight to the cave’s entrance. There is also a campsite near the entrance where bandits reside. You can take them out to get some extra loot before you head in. The area itself has various loot as you explore deeper and unlock more chests. If you are looking to find Miner’s Hosen, Plate Armor, and Bandit Greaves, then you can check out Headwater Cavern. The exact coordinates for this cavern is X: 8406, Y: 5414
There is an alternate path that leads to the back entrance of Headwater Cavern. Make your way to coordinates X: 8570, Y: 5395. It is located close to the water, and the entrance can be found on the side of the cliffs. You can select any entrance to reach the cavern for loot.
