To find the intel folder, you need to head over to Fort Narith. It can be located on the southwest corner of the map, between Delta 1, 2, 3 and Lima 1. The folder is located within the Headquarters, which is the biggest middle building within Fort Narith. It can be found in coordinates 143,129. The main entrance to the HQ can be found on the northeast section of the building. Enter through here and you will find two flights of stairs straight ahead
Take the stairs and make your way to the third floor. Once you reach the top, right in front of the stairs you will spot a few doors ahead. Enter the rightmost door that has Office written next to it. After entering the door, turn right and check the cabinet on the left side, under the window. You will find the Commander Details Folder here and you can return to Turncoat with your findings.
