Bring the VIP Program Client List to Handshake
To locate the VIP client list, make your way to Hunter’s Paradise on the northern section of the map. You can find it between Foxtrot 1 and Foxtrot 2. From there, make your way to the abandoned area in the middle with the motel, firing range, and dumping ground. Reach the firing range and head a bit northeast from there, towards coordinates 160,169. You will reach a fenced residence, and there is a gap in the wall you can squeeze through. Look around for a yellow jeep parked right next to a house. This is the house you have to enter. Once inside, enter the door on the right side and turn around to find a couch and a table. Pick up the VIP list off the table and return to your base to hand it over to Handshake. This will complete the quest and you will get your rewards.
