Fort Narith is located in the southwestern corner of the map, between Delta 1, 2, and 3 and Lima 1. You need to make your way to the Headquarters at 143,129 to find the archive room where the folder of the soldier is kept. To locate it, head into the main entrance of the Headquarters that is facing the north to northeast side. Once you enter the HQ, you will be greeted by two flights of stairs leading up.
But you don’t need to go up, rather turn left here and enter the corridor ahead past the double doors. Turn left again and just before the corridor turns to the right, you will find a room with a plaque and the words Archive on it. It is right opposite the window that overlooks the front entrance. Enter the Archive and make your way to the very back of the room. On the shelf beside the window, on one of the racks, you will find the Personal Folder
Hand over the folder to Turncoat or Banshee?
It depends on whose rewards you like better at the end of the task. It ultimately doesn’t matter who you turn the folder over to, as you can complete both quests simultaneously
