To get the Tasses Ragout recipe, you need to complete a particular quest. You have to find an NPC called Earnshaw and complete the quest Upon a Flowery Field of Grass. You can find Earnshaw northwest of the Court of Fontaine waypoint. Once you hit the outskirts, you will find a village where you can find him pacing around. Help him complete the quest to get the recipe card. Now, all that is left is to gather the ingredients. For this recipe, you require the following items.

  • Tomato ×3
  • Onion ×3
  • Salt ×2

You can get most of the above items from various vendors across Teyvat. You can also get them while looting containers and dead enemies, and also while scavenging the overworld. Once you have the items, you can head over to the nearest cooking station to make this dish. 

The Tasses Ragout will restore 20-24% of Max HP to a selected character. It also gives an additional 900-1,500 HP to the character.
