To get the Swirling Scene in a Bottle item, you need to complete a quest first. The quest in question is the Archon Chapter 4: Act 1 – Sub-quest Lies Casts Shadows Under Gathered Lights. Once you have completed this quest, you can visit Tubby within the Serenitea Pot. Explore Tubby’s store to find the Swirling Scene in a Bottle under the Riches of the Realm tab. It will cost 1000 Realm Currency to purchase the item.
To use this item, open your inventory to find the Swirling Scene in a Bottle. Select the Use button at the bottom of the screen to activate the Swirling Isles Realm Layout.
