To trigger this quest, you need to complete two other World Quests; Ancient Colors World Quest and Aqueous Tidemarks World Quest. After completing the above two questlines, make your way to Merusea Village. Over here, find and talk to Sluasi, one of the Melusine in the village. She will tell you about her plans to create a paint for Mamere. She will tell you that the paint color should match that of the sun, so she requires certain materials that will match her description. Below are her requests, and the items you can give her.
- Color closest to the sun
- Berry, Cor Lapis, or Nilotpala Lotus
- A color that is something white
- Sango Pearl, Qingxin, or White Iron Chunk
- A color that is something black
- Sand Grease Pupa or an Iron Chunk
You can get most of the above items while scavenging the different regions. Once you hand over one item, she will inspect it carefully and give you the next task. After completing all the tasks, you will receive 20 Primogems, 26,500 Mora, a Varunada Lazurite Fragment, and one Strange Part.
