Before you can start the hunt for this achievement, you need to complete the world quest Khvarena of Good and Evil. After that, teleport to the Gavireh Lajavard waypoint, which can be found southeast of Tunigi Hollow. Once you are here, head east till you find a mechanical ruin. You will also notice a hole in the floor. Jump through the hole, then keep going to the very bottom. You will soon reach a dead end, and to progress further you have to step on the circular floor. This will act as the elevator, taking you further down.
At the bottom, look to the east side to find a door that can be unlocked using the lever beside it. Once the doors are open, keep heading east till you reach Hangeh Afrasiyab. At this point, you will unlock the Abandon All Hope, Ye Who Enter Here hidden achievement. You can also activate the viewpoint to get a good look at the scenery ahead.
