You need to rely on the Pity system and hope that luck is on your side to get this weapon. You can get one promotional weapon after 80 pulls, but if the weapon is not part of the current banner, then you are guaranteed a Thousand Floating Dreams in your next pull. After 80 pulls, the counter resets, so you get to try again. Getting the Catalyst is perfect for Nahida, as it can trigger Elemental Reactions, granting a buff to the party.
