You have gained possession of Moseis’ consciousness, and you have to make your way to the Akademiya and deliver the knowledge capsule. Moseis is the last citizen to reawaken, so you should make your way to Sumeru City and get to the Akademiya. Over here, you will meet Researcher Sitt, and you inform her about the knowledge capsule and the person who has to receive it.

After that, head over to the lower levels of Sumeru City to attend the seminar hosted by Nahida. The stage is right below the Akademiya, so you can just jump off the edge and land down.

Tune in to Nahida’s speech as she addresses all the attendants who are finally awake. After that, head over to the plaza and talk to Nahida personally. She will tell you about her findings, and that will conclude the questline for Lingering Warmth.
