I use GeForce Experience’s Overlay to record video. I tried it multiple times. Whenever I record a video I cannot get a multiplayer game. So, that’s another fix you can try. Make sure that you are not using recording software, at least not GeForce Experience when you attempt to Quickplay. Once you land on the planet, you can record the game.
Restart the Game
Sometimes, a simple restart can work wonders in resolving connection issues. Close Helldivers 2 completely and relaunch it to see if the problem persists.
