There isn’t a proper workaround to the no dialog audio bug in Ghost of Tsushima, but there are some temporary solutions that may help you out. Below are some ways you can try to get the dialog audio back
- Reinstall audio drivers. You can check the support page of your respective motherboard and see if you can reinstall your audio drivers
- Enable only the device that you are using for getting audio. If you are using your headphones or speakers, head over to the sound settings on your system and disable all other linked audio devices.
- If your GPU had recently taken an update, you have to check whether the HDMI audio drivers are still installed and working. If not, install them and try playing the game
- Try switching the audio output to other devices (headphones, sound system, speakers) and see if it helps. Or try using just your headphones and enable them from the sound settings in your system
- Sometimes your graphics card might mistake your soundbar for a display device. If that is the case, the head over to the display settings of your GPU and select the Duplicate Display option. Your soundbar will now fall under the audio device section. Select the soundbar from the audio settings and enable it
- If nothing else works, a simple restart might fix the problem
