How to Get the Summit Rod
You can buy the Summit Rod at the fourth Base Camp on Northern Expedition Island. To get there, take your boat south of Harvesters Spike and go through the portal. This will bring you to a new ocean where the Northern Expedition is. Once on the island, take the left path, cross the frozen pond, and climb the ladders to reach the second campsite. Then, follow the snow path up the mountain. Keep climbing the orange ladders, and they’ll eventually lead you to the third campsite, where you’ll find the Avalanche Rod.
Don’t forget to refill your oxygen tanks at the campsites or save them as checkpoints by talking to the innkeeper.
Here’s how to get the Summit Rod:
- From the third campsite, walk straight across the bridge to reach the Crystallized Rod puzzle.
- Take the left path and then cross the second bridge.
- Follow the right path after crossing the second bridge.
- Keep climbing the orange ladders until you reach the third snowy bridge. After crossing it, turn right and continue walking.
- Climb up the mountain to reach the fourth campsite.
- Go to the level where Hiker#7 sits by a campfire.
- Look to your left and find the yellow tent.
