Make your way to the southern section of the Swamplands to find Mistveil Reservoir. If you can’t reach this location yet, be sure to have Chocobos. While completing the main objectives, go right instead of taking a left to reach the small island. Climb up the stairs to find the first cache. For the second one, go back to the staircase area and turn right. There is a hole where you can jump down to find a large pillar. Go around it and cross the area to find the second chest, under a shack.

After collecting the second chest treasure, head back to the top of the staircase and look around for a ladder. There is a path that will lead you to Lifespring, so follow it. Just before you reach the Lifespring, turn left to find the last chest
