To unlock the Sons of Ouroboros, you need to finish the Blacksmith’s Blues III side quest. After completing it, you will receive the Ouroboros Design Draft, as well as the Ouroboros vambraces. If you haven’t reached this far into the game, you need to finish the main story quest Like Father, Like Daughter and also do Blacksmith’s Blues II. Complete the Blacksmith’s Blues III side quest by heading to the Hideaway and talking to August.
