To get your hands on Milady, make your way to Castle Ensis. If you haven’t been here before, from your spawn point in Shadow of the Erdtree, head north past Gravesite Plains and cross the Ensis Greatbridge. You can find the bridge after you reach Three-Path Cross Site Of Grace and head northeast. After crossing the bridge and going past the enemy encampment right behind it, you will come across the Castle Front Site Of Grace in Castle Ensis

Now, to find Milady, you need to take the large flight of stairs from the main entrance and keep to your left. There is another flight of stairs that you need to take. Once you reach the top, turn left and stick to the walls of the building on your left. Keep going till you spot a set of wooden stairs going up. Once you reach the roof, you will spot a ladder that will take you up the tower. Climb the ladder and you will find a chest in the middle of the area. Open it to get Milady light greatsword
