To find the Urumi whip, make your way to the Caria Manor, northeast of Liurnia of the Lakes. From there, head over to the Manor’s Upper Level. There is a Site of Grace to activate here. Exit the door and take the elevator down. Go down the stairs and keep to your left once you reach the bridge. You will see a flowerpot to your left. Go to the edge of where the flowerpot is placed and look down. You need to reach the rafters below, so make a jump for it
Once you are down, take the stairs on your right and go down, then enter the area on your left. There are a bunch of finger crawler enemies here, beat them to clear the area. There is a short flight of stairs that they were trying to protect. Climb up those stairs and you can find the Urumi.
