Elastic Durafiber Fabric is an Expert Key Part that unlocks the Outlaw’s Pouch in Start Wars Outlaws. With each part you collect, Kay can carry one more of Bacta Vials and Grenades, making this one of the most essential items to collect in the game. However, the game does not explain where to find the item. You get a vague description of “throughout the galaxy,” and that’s all you have to go with. This guide will show you various locations where you can get Elastic Durafiber Fabric.

How to Get Elastic Durafiber Fabric in Star Wars Outlaws

So far, we have found two ways to get the item in the game. You can get the Elastic Durafiber Fabric from the traveling merchant Shuma. He can be found on multiple planets, so he is the best bet to get the item. Another location is an enemy outpost in Boulder Forest in Toshara.

Get It from Suma

You can find the traveling merchant Shuma on four planets – Toshara, Tatooine, Akiva, and Kijimi. Below is the map of the merchant’s location in Toshara. In Toshara, he can be found in The Lost Steppe near the Typhon’s Rock. You can buy the Elastic Durafiber Fabric for 1400 Credits.

To find Shuma on Tatooine, go to Tosche Station, south of Wayfar. In Akiva, you can find him close to the landing pad in the Sashin settlement, and in Kijimi, he is at the Ridge Terrace of Kijimi City.

Raid Enemy Base

While you are still in Toshara, there is another opportunity to get the second piece of the fabric. You must raid an enemy base with only a few low-level enemies to get the item. You can find the base north-west of The Lost Steppe in Boulder Forest. Check the map below for the exact location.

When you reach the location, eliminate the enemies and unlock the hideout door. Open the container in the hideout, and you will get the Elastic Durafiber Fabric.

You will want to acquire as much of the fabric possible as it allows you to carry more of Bacta Vials and Grenades, which can be handy in tough fights when you need more explosive power and need to heal. Make sure to do enough contracts to have the required credits when you visit Shuma.
