Like most vocation skills, you need to unlock them by leveling up. You also need to accumulate the necessary amount of Discipline Points to buy it from the Vocation Guild. Getting this skill will take 2000 DcP, so you need to hunt all the monsters you can to farm enough points. Once you have enough, you also need to raise your Sorcerer level to level 7. It will help to equip the Sorcerer Vocation to complete tasks and fight enemies, so you can farm enough DcP and level up at the same time. Once you reach rank 7 and have enough DcP, make your way to the Vocation Guild and purchase it. You can now equip it and use it to get better range and increased healing properties
