The easiest way you can get Magic Medals is from Golem enemies. While finding a Golem can be tricky, you will encounter a few of them during your exploration. There are two in Battahl region, resting outside the Crumbling Ruins cave. You can find this cave directly west of Bakbattahl. Once you reach the area, you can spot them disguised as large boulders on the ground. Defeat them to get a Magick Medal. Other places you can check out are Palace Overlook Cape, southwest of the Eastern Forest in Vermund. If you explore high up the cliff edges, there is a golem resting up here near a statue. Also, if you head south-east of Sacred Arbor or east of Malachite Forest, you will find the Arboreal Ruins. There is a golem disguised as rubble here too and is surrounded by wolves.

After defeating Golems, you can farm Magick Medals by resting at a nearby settlement or campsite. Make your way over to the spawn location again to find them. You can also duplicate Magick Medals by heading over to Ibrahim’s Scrap Store in Checkpoint Rest Town.
