After you are done with the The Gift of Giving quest, you will unlock the House of the Blue Sunbright quest after talking to a maid. For the first part of the quest, you need to locate Daphne and bring her over to Sebastian as his look-alike. After that, Sebastian will ask you to get certain items but won’t tell you what they are. Speak to Daphne and Diana in the next room where Sebastian is staying to learn more about the items in questions. You will require the following
- Medicine for sleep – Waking Powder
- Medicine for blight – Detoxifying Decoction
- Cyclops body part – Misshapen Eye
To find Waking Powder and Detoxifying Decoction, head over to Philnert’s Sundries in the Vernworth Merchant Quarter to get them. It will cost 475 G for the Detoxifying Decoction and 380 G for Waking Powder. As for getting Cyclops’ eye, you can find Cyclops on the path between Vernworth and Melve. You might also encounter Cyclops while traveling around in your oxcart. They are fairly common to find, so once you do spot one, attack it and farm the Misshapen Eye. After that, hand over all the items to Sebastian to complete the quest
