To find the Rosehill Tower mini medal, make your way to Rosehill Towers first. If you haven’t unlocked Rosehill Towers, you need to complete the tutorial and teleport to Endor Colosseum as soon as you get access to Rosehill. Once you reach the colosseum, clear the Category G Endor Colosseum section. This is the first category you will be introduced to when you visit Endor Colosseum the first time. After clearing it, you will get access to Rosehill Towers in Terrestria. 

Once you reach the towers, make your way to the basement. You will find Monty here, but you don’t need to talk to him to get the mini medal. Rather you should make your way to the area behind Monty’s desk and check the left side area behind the left bookshelf. You will get an examine prompt while checking.
