Unfortunately, House Flipper 2 does follow the footsteps of its predecessor. There is no multiplayer support for House Flipper 2, so you would have to flip houses by yourself here. But you can create jobs and share their creations to other players, but no two players can co-exist in the same space at any given time. There are no mods currently that can implement multiplayer as well, but there seems to be talks of a future update that can help support some form of multiplayer.
As for whether there is crossplay in House Flipper 2, the same rule above applies here as well. Since there is no multiplayer implemented, there is no crossplay feature available. But you can still share your creations with your friend on other platforms.
