During the Cage of Grief quest, you will be accompanying your allies to the Hungering Swamp. While over here, you will get the objective to find the Yellow Lotus. The flower is located at the very end of the swamp, at the base of the Dismal Foothills. But along the way you will meet several enemies you need to get rid of. The enemies can be at level 36, so you need to plan your route accordingly.
To get to the flower, you have to head north from the Ritual Grounds and keep going till you spot the yellow flower. They are visible on the ground, and after you clear the area of enemies, you can pick them up and complete one part of the quest.
