How to Farm Glyphs in Diablo 4
The best way to farm Glyphs is to participate in the Nightmare Dungeons. The only way you can turn a Dungeon into a Nightmare Dungeon is to get Nightmare Sigils. You can unlock Nightmare Sigils after you gain access to the Tree of Whispers. To get to the Tree of Whispers, complete the Whispers the Dead main story quest and collect 10 Grim Favors. After you gain access to the Tree of Whispers, you can try and complete the quests given to collect Nightmare Sigils.
The only way you can get Nightmare Sigils is by completing the Cathedral of Light Capstone Dungeon, and after that, you can get access to the World Tier 3 Difficulty.
