You can also explore certain areas and encounter loot, but some of them are locked inside chests and containers. To get the mysterious items, you need to find the right key and unlock them. During your adventure, you will find Nikki’s Bounty lockbox inside Nikki Gutte’s mansion, but the key is nowhere to be found. Nikki’s Prize Key Location in Dead Island 2

To get the key to Nikki’s bounty lockbox, head over to Beverly Hills and walk towards the hiking trail in the northwest section of the map. You will have to check up and down the hiking trail to find a zombie named Target Practice. In case Target Practice does not appear, you need to progress through the main campaign, till after Quest 20 – Broadwalking Dead. Defeat the zombie to get Nikki’s Prize Key.

After you get the key, go to Nikki’s mansion. It is the dark red/maroon brick house right next to the hiking trail. Head inside, then make your way past the kitchen and go upstairs. Enter the right doorway and get inside the closet near the entrance. On your right side, you will find Nikki’s Bounty on the floor. Use the key on it to get the Extinction Event superior pistol and the Superior Ranged Liquidator Mod.
