You can get the Body Art: Vigor quest after completing the prior quest, Body Art: Uproar. After that, head over to Francesca’s garage in Beverly Hills and pick up the Vigor Quest. You also need to complete Quest #15 – The Giant Slayer to get certain zombies to spawn.

To get Blade Arms, you need to defeat Butchers, Vicious Butchers, and Mutants for it to drop. Blade Arms are a rare drop, so you need to hunt them down a couple of times to get 3 of them. There are several hotspots for these zombie types, and you can even spot them in Beverly Hills or the underground metro. Just take a walk around the areas and hunt down any Butcher or Mutants you come across to farm Blade Arms.

In case you don’t get any the first time you kill them, you can always fast-travel to another area and come back for the zombies to respawn. Keep doing this till you get three blade arms, then go back to Francesca and put them inside the art bin. This will complete the quest and earn you some XP for your troubles.
