To hack using the monowire, you can get the quickhack ability after unlocking the Jailbreak Perk. To unlock this perk, you need relic points, which you can get after meeting Songbird. You can also explore Night City to collect more relic points later on. Now that you have the Jailbreak perk, make your way to the Cyberware menu and select the Monowire cyberware. You will now get a new option to open the quickhack menu. You can now equip any available quickhack that is of the same or lower tier as your Monowire. A low tier monowire cannot equip a high tier quickhack. After you have finalized which quickhack you would like to use, you can now implement it when you are out.

To use the monowire after placing a quickhack, hold the attack button like you would normally do. The monowire will attack as well as quickhack the target. And with that, you can quickly hack enemies and disable targets and machines using the Monowire
