After finding out the building location of the ripperdoc in Terra Congnita, you need to go in and reach the top floor to find Damir. Inside the building is crawling with enemies, so you should come prepared to take them down. There is an option where you can get into the building via stealth as well, but you will encounter mines and security cameras that you need to deactivate. You can enter the building by climbing up the scaffolding near the main entrance. From there, you need to go to the hatch after deactivating the mines to reach the inside of the building.
There are a few guards that you need to sneak past, and towards the end of the area you and Aaron need to tackle the guards near the security entrance. Now there are a few ways you can bypass the security door. You can either use Strength to climb up the ladder to get to the other side and hack the distribution box. This works if you also have high Technical skill. Or you can hack the panel next to the door if you have high Intelligence. And finally, you can find the code and unlock the door.
To find the door code, hack into the security camera on the other side of the security door. You will that it aims towards panel beside the security door. You will also find a code on top of the panel. Note down the code to hack inside and progress through the quest.
