To get the Hercules weapon, you need to pick up one of Mr. Hand’s side gig. You need to head over to the EBM Petrochem Stadium to start the Roads to Redemption side gig. You can unlock this gig quite early in the Phantom Liberty DLC, but if you don’t spot it yet then try to complete other side gigs from Mr. Hands. Once you do start the gig, you have to complete it till you get inside the Stadium’s weapon factory. You need to come prepared with an arsenal of weapons and ammo, as there are several enemies in the area. Take them down till you reach the objective of checking the old swimming pool.

Once you are inside the weapon factory, make your way to the lower floor and keep moving to the back area. The path is pretty straightforward, but the area is filled with enemies and cameras. Tackle them till you reach a room where there are several crates piled up. On the right side of the entrance to this room you will find a small section with a weapons case. It is here you can pick up the Hercules assault rifle.
