You can get Fang during the quest Firestarter, which will activate towards the end of the game. You will have one of the hardest choices to make in the game, and that is to either side with Songbird or pick Reed. To get the Fang, you need to side with Reed and help him capture Songbird. Once you are done with the segment, Hansen will appear for a fight. You have to defeat him to get the Fang knife from his body. The fight won’t be easy, so you have to get your best cyberware and weapons to bring him down. Once he is near death, you can loot his stash to get the Fang and other items.
There is another variant of the Fang called the Blue Fang. If you wish to get this weapon instead, make your way to Jackson Plains in Badlands and explore the deserter plains till you find a trailer. There are several ways you can get here. You can either turn right from the Tango Tors Motel, or use the Autowerks fast travel point. You can spot the trailer right at the foot of the cliffs on the right side of the main road. When you walk up to the trailer, you will find a woman sitting outside. Talk to her and investigate her wares, she has the Blue Fang item in her shop. It will cost 27,000 Eurodollars to get it.
