To find the Corrupted Grotto dungeon, you need to head over to Kehjistan, particularly the Ragged Coastline. The coordinates to reach here are X: 2440 and Y: 15379. Once you are here, you can just walk up to the entrance and head inside. There is no prerequisite that you need to meet to unlock the dungeon, so all you need is some good strong gear and weapons to clear it out.

Inside the dungeon, you will find enemies to defeat before you get the final reward. There might be certain objectives that you need to complete as well. Finishing them all will help you get the Aspect of Grasping Veins at the end of the dungeon. This aspect can be used by the Necromancer and is a Utility aspect that causes Vulnerability to enemies. This applies to any enemy that has been stunned by Corpse Tendrils, and they will take critical damage and increase Blood Orbs’ output upon death.
