There are a handful of places you can check to find the Basilisk Oil.The earliest area you can explore is Blighted Village’s Apothecary’s Cellar. This area is easily accessible, and you can find various loot in the cellar during your exploration. Another place you can explore is the Underdark. There is a heavy chest at coordinates X:81, Y:-206. You will know you are in the right place if you find a spider covered wall. Get behind it to find the chest and get the Basilisk Oil. And the final location you can check for this item is the basement of the Arcane Tower. There is a room that is directly below the generator, and once you explore it you will get one Basilisk Oil.
