The items you require to unlock the Ranger subclasses can be found in the store. You would have to advance several levels before they start appearing. Below are the items you need to collect to unlock the respective subclasses

Big Bowl of TreatsBeastmasterFor every 4 seconds, gain 2 random buffs. Foods left at star spots triggers 5% faster, and can be stacked up to 100%. Friends of the Forest will now appear in shop and all pets have 30% chance to activate twice 
YggdrasilLifebinderStart of battle: Get 1x Mana and 1x Regen for each starred Nature item. Use 5 Mana to Heal x5 and cleanse x2 debuffs.
Piercing ArrowHunterStarred weapons deal 30% crit damage. Also removes 5 Armor on a crit. When activated, there’s a 40% chance to gain 1x Luck.
Poison IvyPathfinderEach starred Nature item gives 5% chance debuff resistance. Inflict 2 Poison if gained 2 Spike. If the opponent reaches 19 Poison, they take +20% damage. 
Mega CloverGrovekeeperWhen entering the shop: Generate 2x Lucky Clovers. Sale chance +8%. Unique item chance +20%. If you reach 20x Luck, gain 40 random buffs.

Which Subclass to Pick?

As with most classes, picking a subclass depends on your playstyle and the items in your inventory. If you prefer to find new crafting items and gain buffs, then the Grovekeeper will help you out. But if you like to deal poison damage, then the Pathfinder is for you. The Lifebinder helps in healing and health regen, while the Hunter is for a more offensive playstyle. If your main focus is on pets, then the Beastmaster is the right pick here.
