Secondary loot is key to maximizing profit during the Kortz Center Heist in GTA Online. During the Scope Out mission, the first step of the heist, your goal is to take photos of any paintings or valuables around the museum and send the photos to Raf. This guide will provide you with all secondary loot locations you need to find.
All Secondary Loot Locations
Finding secondary loot is a great way to increase your earnings from the Kortz Center Heist in GTA Online. Before you are able to steal the loot during the mission’s finale, you first have to locate all of them in the Scope Out mission, in order to take their pictures and send them to Raf. Here’s where to find every secondary loot location.
How to Scope Out Secondary Loot
Once you initiate the Scope Out mission from your mansion, you will reach Kortz Center. You must let Raf finish speaking before stepping into the main building. Once Raf is done, move towards the right section.
This area is monitored by guards and red security cameras, so avoid being spotted as you move through. If you’re detected, you’ll simply be removed from the restricted area and can enter again to continue. Activate stealth mode, take down the guard, then upload Heiland to the security system. Once the upload is complete, access the CCTV network to begin searching for loot.
Vault Secondary Loot Locations
Cycle through the CCTV feeds until you reach the vault. Pan the camera left to find the first secondary loot painting, with its value displayed in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
You can see four secondary loot items located in the vault. You would also be able to identify the primary target, one of which is valued at $1.9 million. Ensure you check the feed on Exhibit Level 2 before you exit the camera system to see another painting that is part of the secondary loot.
Main Floor Secondary Loot Locations
Return to the main floor and open the Snapmatic app. Photograph every small painting, as only these can be stolen during the heist, and send each picture to Raf.
Additionally, make sure to snap pictures of each and every display case that belongs there, as it can give you jewels, rings, statues, or even Blue Diamonds. Certain items can be marked as being Buyer’s Requests, which is represented on the map by a golden dollar sign.
Make sure to photograph every display case separated by walls, as well as the final display case further ahead on the same floor. For example, taking a picture of any item at the taller display case unlocks the Glass Cutter Optional Prep Work.
Downstairs Secondary Loot Locations
Once you are done with the gallery, go down the stairs to explore further. This level has got three glass cabinets that exhibit a skull, a special egg, and other gold rings. Do take pictures before continuing your exploration.
Upstairs and Crisp Gallery Secondary Loot Locations
Take the stairs to the upper floor and turn right to find more small paintings that can be photographed and sent to Raf.
After visiting the Crisp Gallery, you’ll come across several more secondary loot objectives. While visiting this space, ensure that you take pictures of all available collectibles, including a high-value target and a Blue Diamond.
Continue along the gallery until you come to three more glass cabinets. Don’t forget to photograph all three before leaving the area.

Scope Out Time Limit
During the Scope Out mission, you have 30 minutes to check out the Kortz Center. If your time runs out before you finish, you will automatically go back to your mansion but you will still mark the operation complete. Moreover, you can easily take pictures of the sites you haven’t visited by starting another scope out, allowing you to finish discovering every secondary loot target at your own pace.
