You can unlock 8 killstreaks while playing Modern Warfare 3. Below is a list of all killstreaks and how to get them in the game
| Killstreak | Kills/Score Requirement | Description |
| UAV | 4 / 500 | Reveals enemy locations on the mini map using a UAV recon ship |
| Mosquito Drone | 4 / 500 | An explosive drone that flies around the area where it is launched and dives down on spotted enemies. |
| Sam Turret | 4 / 500 | Launches missile strikes at targeted air vehicles |
| Guardian-SC | 5 / 625 | Produces a non-lethal beam that causes similar effects as a stun grenade. |
| Counter-UAV | 5 / 625 | Launching the Counter-UAV drone on enemy territory will scrabble their mini map |
| SAE | 7 / 875 | Signals jets to release explosives on marked targets |
| Remote Turret | 7 / 875 | This turret can be used manually or let it run on auto. Helps detect nearby enemies and fires at them |
| Juggernaut Recon | 8 / 1,000 | Calls for a care package containing the Juggernaut Recon gear. Comes equipped with a Riot Shield and radar to detect nearby enemies |
If you wish to unlock these streaks early, you can switch to Scorestreaks instead of Killstreaks and complete the requirement. If you plan on achieving the above skills using killstreaks, then you should ensure that the kills are secured by you to add it to your kill count.
