How to Find Helltide Mystery Chest in Diablo 4
The Helltide Mystery chest or Tortured Gifts of Mystery will only appear in the regions where the Helltide event takes place. If you need to participate in the event and find the mystery chest, you need to head over to either of the regions; Scosglen, Fractured Peaks, Dry Steppes, Kehjistan, and Hawezar. You will get notified where the Helltide event takes place, and once the event is done, you can explore the surrounding areas to find the chest.
There isn’t a particular fixed area to find the Tortured Gifts of Mystery’s chest, but you can still explore the below-marked locations to find it. Once you are close to the area marked, check your mini-map to get notified of a chest sighting.

Each zone will spawn only one chest, and there will be one Helltide event per region. There are also chances that the chests can move 15 mins before the event ending. Exploration of the region is key to finding the chests.
