During Return 3 – Local Girl, you will come across a segment where you have to clear the Overlap encounter to help dispel the flood that has overtaken Watery. Once the flood has subsided, you can make your way to the southern section of Watery. Over here, there is a pier, and once you step on it and investigate the edge of the pier, you will find a strange box. There is a note on top that has a math problem on it that reads as follows:
