To unlock Owen Hart, you need to complete 100 Exhibition Matches and purchase him from the in-game shop. While it may look easy to do, you have to maintain track of how many matches you have played. You can keep track of all matches by visiting the Challenges tab. It doesn’t matter what mode you play in, as long as you can complete the required Exhibition matches. You should note that Training and mini-games don’t count, so you have to pick up any other full match like Ladder match or 1v1.
After you have completed 100 Exhibition matches, you can head over to the store and purchase Owen Hart for 50,000 credits. You can acquire credits by playing the game and winning matches, so you can quickly earn some to spend. Now that Owen Hart unlocked, you can use him in matches across modes.
