Finding Hugo’s Herbarium in Chapter 2 is not too hard, as you will be notified of it when you get close. Using Lucas’s help, you and him manage to escape the underground cellar infested with flesh-eating rats.

After reaching the surface and admiring the Tower, head left and go up the stairs into the deserted town. Keep going a little bit further till Lucas comments on the Vegetable garden. Walk into the garden towards the sack on the garden floor, beside it is a small flower that you can interact with and pick up.

To equip the flower, head into the status menu to select it and watch Amicia wear it.
