Tyrael appears at shore as part of the A New Beginning quest in Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred. During this quest, you will see many of your old crew members, which includes Tharra as well. The quest follows a very simple action sequence which does not include any sort of combat or complex exploration.
Travel to the Shore
This is a goal-driven objective quest where the player needs to travel along the shoreline together with Tyrael. Once you reach your destination (marked on the map), you will notice a number of the previous crew members that you have talked and interacted with previously. One of these is going to be Tharra whom you’ll find along the shoreline as well.
The first step is for you to meet Tyrael at the shoreline and you will see that the objective updates to following him as he goes to the group of individuals near the shore. Then, after you reach them you will progress toward your next objective without having to take part in any type of fight or exploration.
Meet the Old Crew
As you arrive at the designated area, you will encounter various members of the previous crew location there. One of these individuals is Tharra, who will engage you with certain dialogues and indicate that there could be a past history of romantic connection. You will have to continue to interact with the objectives in the area until you finish with the discussion and move forward. As the scene ends, the quest will be completed.
