Genshin Impact Version 3.8 is on the horizon now that Version 3.7 is live. For those who aren’t interested in the banners in this patch- you might want to peek over to the next patch. A beloved character might finally be making her return so keep reading to find out. The upcoming character and weapon banners in Version 3.8 have been leaked and while they are still highly STC (subject to change), players can at least hope for them to be true.
Version 3.8 Banners Leaked in Genshin Impact
The first phase banner will feature the highly-awaited rerun of Eula and our adorable fish-blaster Klee. If this is true, Eula-fans will be eating good next patch and they can finally use all of their saved-up primogems for this dancer of vengeance. Eula has long been absent from rerun banners due to the outdated nature of the Physical playstyle but she still remains a fan-favourite character in terms of her charm and character. Besides, just because she’s become outdated in the Abyss doesn’t mean she still can’t nuke opponents in the overworld. Klee on the other hand has made it a tradition to appear before every new region drops.
The weapon banners during the first half will feature both of their best-in-slot weapons. For Klee, she will have the Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds and the Song of Broken Pines will be reserved for Eula.
The second phase of Version 3.8 will feature rerun banners of Kokomi and Wanderer. The Wanderer is said to play a minor role in Version 3.8 but he will have a major plotline in Fontaine. As for Kokomi, she will have a major role to play in Version 3.8’s main event quest. Even apart from her role in the story, Kokomi is a very relevant character in the Dendro meta and almost a must-pull for those who want to build powerful meta Nilou Bloom teams.
The weapon banners will feature their respective signature weapons- Everlasting Moonglow for Kokomi and Tullaytullah’s Remembrance for Wanderer. As for the 4-star weapons and characters- we still don’t have any idea.
Among the two banners, the second phase banners will likely see more income as both are relevant characters in the current meta and will likely have significant roles in future quests going forward. Which banner are you most excited for?
