To find the Mogawak Shrine (3298, 0424, 0112), you have to head to Zora’s Domain in the Lanayru region. You can get here from West Lanayru Sea, southeast of Upland Zorana Skyview Tower, or north of Lanayru Great Spring
Mogawak Shrine Puzzle Solution in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
- When you enter the shrine, pick up the fallen canister on the floor and take it up the stairs on your right
- There is a square platform on your right. Rotate the canister vertically and place it on the platform
- Next, pick up the fallen board in the water and attach it to the wheel in front of you
- You need to attach it vertically and opposite the board that is already on the wheel
- Grab and pull the board so the water lands on the board and rotates the wheel
- This will generate power and the canister will get filled
- Drag the canister to the opposite side.
- In the water, you will find two metal balls. Bring them close together
- There is another square platform on your left where you have to put the filled canister
- But before you do that, swim to the other side first, then turn around and place the canister.
- This will supply electricity through the water and power up the gate
- Get inside the new room and unlock the chest
- Remove the canister, then swim across
- Go back to the water wheel area and refill the canister
- Bring it up to the area where the flying cart is
- In front of the flying cart is another square platform. Place the canister on it
- You will now reach the exit
