To start the Body Art: The Visionary side quest, you need to first complete the main story quest 15 – The Giant Slayer. After that, head into Francesca’s garage in Beverly Hills and talk to her to get the quest objective. To get infected flesh, you have to hunt down all zombie types. Most Walker-type zombies will drop infected flesh after they are dead, but it is a random drop. You have to kill a bunch of zombies till you can get 10 infected flesh to hand over.
If you wish to get infected flesh the easy way, then you can go over to any of the medical centers, hospitals, and CDC quarantine facilities to source infected flesh from there. There are several ways to extract infected flesh, and you can quickly gather the required amount while playing the game.
Once you have 10 infected flesh, head back to Francesca and drop them into the Art Donation bin beside her. With that, you will wrap up the quest and get some XP as your reward.
