How to Beat the Lurking Steel Titan in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet
The new Pokemon game has several boss fights that you can take up as a challenge and unlock more of the game. One of them is the Lurking Steel Titan which is the Orthworm. It basically looks like an oversized worm that likes to burrow into the ground. If you want to know how to beat it, you’re in the right place.

If you have unlocked the ability to fly, you should fight this boss to increase the jump height of Koraidon and Miraidon. It’s not too difficult if you have strong Pokemon, however, you will need to find the beast first.
Usually, the boss Lurking Steel Titan is near one of the caves in the mines near Levincia, so you will need to head over to that location. Once you are in Levincia, make your way north and you will come across a hill in the rocky area. Go left from here to find a smaller hill. You will also be passing a miner.
Around the curve, you will see a fence on the right. Keep going straight until you see a cave with a light on your right, as well. Orthworm will be hanging around here, popping out of the holes of the caves and the battle can begin.
For the fight, make sure to use Fighting or Fire Type Pokemon. It is also weak to Ground moves, but in this case, it will use the Water Absorb ability to avoid taking any damage. When it is injured it will slink away, but you can follow it until it’s defeated entirely.
