Death from Above is a new attack ability in God of War Ragnarok. Unlike most abilities, the Death from Above can be used by enemies as well as you. To perform the Death from Above attack, you need to be on a ledge and the further you are from ground the more time you will have to execute the move. Jump off the ledge and press the R1 button to do a Death from Above attack. The move is quite simple to perform and does a huge area of effect damage to enemies.
The move can be performed with just the first, Leviathan Axe, or Blades of Chaos. The effect varies depending on the weapon you have equipped. The Leviathan Axe creates a burst of ice which is suitable if the enemies are strong to fire element, the Blades of Chaos is suitable for enemies with Frost Health, and plain fist does a general damage to all enemies.
