These two are the most suitable modes to get Double Kills faster as these modes have specific objectives to complete, and you can easily guess where to find your opponents. You either find your opponents in Hard Point or at B-Flag in Domination. So, getting Double kills is easier in these maps. However, the quest doesn’t require you to get all the double kills in a single match or with one life. So, be relaxed.
Another thing to keep in mind is that, though you should be patient to get double kills, you should not wait in a safe place for enemies to come. Double kills must be done within 10 seconds gap from each other, so waiting for enemies won’t work here. Instead, you have to go out and play the game. If you don’t play the game and encounter enemies, you can never make double kills. You must go to the areas where you find many enemies to get Double Kills.

Sometimes, you can use Stun Grenades to Stun your enemies and get double kills. It is one of the most effective methods. However, the time you need to complete this challenge is entirely based on your weapon and the player’s skill.
