Before you head over to fight Shouki No Kami The Prodigal, you need to complete the Archon Quest Chapter III: Act V – Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises. This is the final quest in the Archon questline, and once you complete it, you will unlock the Jouriri Workshop in Chinhat Ravine. The Ravine is located southeast of Sumeru City. You can find the location of the workshop below.

You need a party rank of at least level 90 before you can enter the Memories: Lucent Altar of the Everlasting Domain. It is here where you can fight Shouki No Kami.

There are two phases to the fight, and you should be equipped with any ranged DPS fighter and a healer to make it through. You will also be accompanied by a Neo Akasha Terminal, which you can charge up by collecting Energy Blocks dropped by Scaramouche. You can in turn hit the Elemental Matrix tiles around the God to bring him and his shield down. You should charge up and use the Neo Akasha Terminal whenever you can, and use charged attacks to make it through Phases one and two.
